Kofax Capture 10.x and 11.x

Summary

Existing installation was upgraded to Kofax Capture to 11.1. It is a stand alone system. The issue is, that the Validation module freezes for one user.

Answer/Solution

Rebuilding the users Windows Profile can resolve the issue.
