This service pack adds support for Azure SQL database and Azure SQL Managed Instance.

KC Product team have confirmed - DButil.exe:

There’s no difference in the installation / configuration of Kofax Capture when used with Azure SQL/ Azure SQL Managed instances. From a KC perspective, the configuration is transparent. You would enter the database information in DBUTIL the same way you do for a local database instance.
