ImageSilo - Password Change from Within Account

In this article we will review how to change your password from within your ImageSilo Account. This will also be the procedure to reset your password in ECMToolbox that is using ImageSilo.

First you will login with the known username, password, and Entity ID. If you are not sure of your Entity ID, please reach out to CASO Support.

Once logged in, click on your name at the top-right corner, then click on the “Change Password” option.

You will then be brought to a screen that looks like the one shown below:

From here you will need to enter your current password, and a new password.

We recommend all users change their password to a secure password of at least 12 characters, containing numbers, lowercase letters, uppercase letters, and symbols.
