Cannot Log Into ImageSilo

This article is to assist with users who are unable to log into ImageSilo


The specified Entity Account has been disabled. Please contact your system administrator.(1)



If you receive this error, this indicates that the Entity ID is more than likely invalid. Double-check that the entity ID is correct and if you do not know the entity ID, ask your IT team or CASO Support for assistance.

The system could not log you on. Make sure your User name and Entity ID are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the correct case.



If you receive this error message, this indicates that your username and/or password is incorrect. Check that caps lock is turned off and that you have an account for the specified entity ID.
