ImageSilo - Project Migrations
In this article we will discuss how to submit a project for migration from your ImageSilo entity.
This can be used if you want a backup of the files and metadata (indexing) to keep on hand or if you are trying to import them somewhere else.
First you will need to login to your ImageSilo entity with Administrator Credentials.
Then click on your username in the top-right and then Administration.
Now this will open a new window where you can access the Administrative side of ImageSilo.
On the left-hand side you will need to expand your Entity and then Projects to get a list of all the project currently in your ImageSilo Entity.
Left-click to select the project you want from the list of projects.
After the project is selected, click Migrate button at the top of the window.
This will load the Project Migration window. Here you can select multiple options such as specific document IDs to migrate, including annotations, etc. depending on what you are trying to do.
If you leave the Next Doc and Next Object set to '0' which is the default value, this will migrate everything that exists in the project.
Click “Save” at the bottom when you have set up your migration and then you can monitor the migration from the Migration Jobs menu.
When the migration is complete you will need to access the files via ImageSilo FTP site using the following criteria:
Host: transfer.imagesilo.com
