Error -26700: Unable to Copy Source File

Users may encounter the following error message when trying to export a file from ImageSilo:

• Error -26700: Unable to copy source file

This has to do with a permissions error within Internet Explorer and you can adjust this setting by performing the following steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Browse to https://login.imagesilo.com
3. Click Tools > Internet Options.
4. In the Internet Options click the Security
5. Click on Trusted Sites.
6. Click on the Sites
7. On the Trusted Sites dialog box, under Add this website to the zone option, make sure https://login.imagesilo.com is listed and click
8. Click OK on the Trusted Sites dialog box
9. Click OK on the Internet Options dialog box.

After making these changes the user should be able to export documents without running into the above error message.
