Scheduling a Meeting by viewing Availability

You do not need to have access to everyone’s Shared Calendar to see if a person is available for a meeting.

The following steps outline the process.

Open the calendar in Outlook.

Right-click the day and time you would like the meeting and choose New Meeting Request.

On the next screen enter the email addresses of the participants. Click the Scheduling Assistant button on the menu above.

The Scheduling Assistant will show the availability of each of the participants. You can scroll through the days to find the most available day and time.
