PVE - View Locked Users

In this article we will review how you can view locked users within your PaperVision Enterprise entity.

Users that are “locked” will not be able to access their account without administrator intervention. This is for security in case an account is compromised and logins are made incorrectly multiple times.

First, login to your PaperVision Enterprise entity with an Administrator account, and click on your name in the top-right corner, then the “Administration” button.

When the Administration window opens, you will need to look for the “Locked Users” option on the left side.

You may need to expand the menus on the left-hand side before the “Locked Users” option is available. Please use the screenshot above to see where it is located.

Any locked user accounts will be displayed in the main pane on the right-side. You can select the account and click the “Unlock” button at the top to allow access.

Please review these accounts for possible security breaches or threats before granting access again to ensure the safety of your data.
