PVE - Change User Account Email Address

In this article we will review how you can change your user account’s email address for PaperVision Enterprise.

The email address could be used for password resets, automated emails, emailing documents and index data, or any other custom implementations that may be present in your environment.

This is an operation that you can perform as a normal user and do not need to have administrator rights to perform.

Once you have decided you need to change your account email address, you will need to login to your PaperVision Environment with your login information, however you would normally login.

Upon logging in, click on your name in the top-right corner, and select the “User Options” menu item.

Next, make sure you select the “General” options from the left-hand side of the screen.

Finally, scroll down until you see the section labeled “Account Settings”

Under this heading you should see a field labeled email address, where your current email is displayed, or the field will be blank if no email is set.

Simply enter here what you would like your email address for your account to be set to and then click on the “Home” button at the top left of the screen to navigate back to the home page.

This should have saved your email address for your account. Please navigate back to the Email Address page to ensure that your email was saved.

Your email address should now be saved.
