PVE version 83 and below - Switch to browser-based viewer

If you do not have Papervision Web Assistant installed and do not wish to use it, you may switch to the browser-based viewer, which will open documents in a web browser.

Log into Papervision Enterprise

  1. Navigate to the login screen and log in with your credentials
  2. Click System Settings on the left of the screen
  3. Click "User Options"



  4. Under document viewing, switch from Papervision Web Assistant to the browser-based viewer



  5. Save and then try to open the desired document again.
