PVE - Configuring Entity Notifications

In this article we will review how to configure the entity notifications in PaperVision Enterprise.

You will need to have administrator privileges to complete this procedure. If this is something that you would like to modify but do not have administrator privileges, please contact your internal IT department, support team, or system administrator. If additional assistance is required reach out to the CASO support team for additional assistance.

First, after logging into your entity, you will click on your name at the top-right hand corner of the screen, and then go to the “Administration” link.

When you are brought to the “Administration” window, you will need to click on the “Contacts/Notifications” tab.

 

From here you will be able to configure your system notifications as needed.

You can choose to publish notifications to the PaperVision Enterprise system, which will show up from the main login screen in the top-right corner under your name.

You can choose to have your notifications communicated through email by using the “Send Email” radio button selection, or you can have notifications delivered through both methods!
