Installing PaperVision Web Assistant

To help resolve the issue with viewing and exporting from Imagesilo, you will need to install Papervision Web Assistant.

1. Login to Imagesilo

2. Look on the left navigation bar and click “Downloads”

3. On top of the list, you will see “IImageSilo^® Client” Click the download button below

4. Let the application download to your computer.

5. At this time you will need your IT department to assist you installing the application, as it will require administrative rights. Be sure to install as admin as well.
   
   

6. Once the application has finished downloading, right-click the executable and run as admin.

7. Go through the installation prompt and let the application install

8. Once installation has finished, navigate back to Imagesilo and attempt to open a document in question to confirm that Papervision Web Assistant launches.
