  • Some users need the classic PaperVision viewer in order to view documents in ImageSilo. If the newer download file from the ImageSilo website does not let you view documents even after you have downloaded it and installed it, this original version may work better for you.

Install

  1. After downloading the install file you may need your IT department to assist you installing the application, as it may require administrative rights.

  2. Confirm by searching and opening a document
