ImageSilo - Creating a Document List

You can create a document list in ImageSilo to do various things with. Such as migrate out a specific list, or destroy a list of documents that you no longer need.

To begin, search for documents that you wish to add to a list:

Select the documents you want to add to the list, and then click the “List” button at the top of the screen:

This button will bring up the “Add Documents to a List” screen where you can add to an existing list, or create a new list. We’ll create a new list in this example.

After clicking “Save” you will be asked to confirm you wish to add the documents to the list. Confirm your selection to continue.

You have now successfully created a list of documents in your ImageSilo Entity. Check out our other articles to see what you can do with your list!
