ImageSilo - Migrating a Document List

Once you have created a document list you are able to do different things with it. In this article we will go over how to Migrate your ImageSilo document list using the ImageSilo FTP migration.

This will allow you to move documents out of ImageSilo for use in other applications. Please note: this migration feature does not remove documents from ImageSilo. You would have to go in separately and delete these documents to remove them from ImageSilo.

To begin creating a Migration for a Document List you will need to login to your ImageSilo Entity and then click on your name in the top-right corner and select the “Migration Jobs” item.

This will bring you to the Migration Jobs page as shown below. If you have any previous jobs they will appear here, as will any newly created jobs.

From here you will click the “New” button at the top of the screen and it will bring up the window to select which list you would like to migrate.

Select the list that you wish to Migrate and the click on the “Submit” button. This will submit the list to be migrated and you can check the jobs progress on the Migration Jobs page that we were viewing previously.

When the job is completed the data will be available on the FTP site specific to your ImageSilo Entity.

If you need assistance accessing the FTP site please reach out to CASO Support.
