ImageSilo - Document Grouping

This article will review how to enable or disable Document Grouping within ImageSilo.

Document grouping will group all records together that have the same index values. So when you search for a record, you will see one row, that can expand and contain multiple entries.

This could be useful if you have a lot of separate documents for one set of index values, and need to group them all together.

First you will login to ImageSilo, and from the home page click on your name in the top-right corner and then go to User Options from the drop-down.

After going to the User Options page you will see a section labeled “Search” that contains the various options when searching.

Under that, there is a section labeled “Document Grouping”

Here you will be able to enable document grouping (by oldest or newest record) or disable it entirely, depending on your preferences.

This can be unique for each user in the Entity.
