Download and install the Papervision Client/Web Assistant

The following steps will walk you through how to download and install the Papervision Client.

  1. Navigate to the Papervision Enterprise (PVE) website

  2. On the homepage, click the Downloads button at the top-right

     

  3. Click the download button on the Papervision Client

     

  4. Wait for the download to complete

  5. Once finished, Right-click the newly downloaded install file and select “run as administrator”

  6. Follow the installation steps to complete the installation.

  7. With the PVE Client installed, make sure you have your viewer settings set to use the PVE Viewer

  8. Back on the PVE website, log in using your credentials

  9. Click your name at the top-right and select User Options

     

  10. Under Document Viewing, choose the Papervision Viewer

     

  11. Now try and open a document and it should open in the newly installed Papervision Viewer.
