PVE R82 & R83 - Printing with Annotations

This is a new feature included in versions R82 and R83.  In the past you could not deselect printing annotations if they were open in the document.

If the document has annotations, do one of the following:

• To print the annotations, select Include Annotation.

• To exclude the annotations, clear Include Annotation.

N O T E
If the administrator set user permissions so that annotations are “forced on,” you
cannot clear the Include Annotation check box, and the Overlay setting is forced on
for COLD documents.

• After you specify the print options, click Print.
