Error - 28000: Unable to locate image file

In this example a user comes across this error.
It is recommended that you ask first for their PaperVision Admin to restart the server.
If this doesn't fix the issue, Verify that the user can access the directory listed in the error. This can be a side effect of not having permissions for that directory.
