PVE R81 Troubleshooting Scanner Communication

Issue Details:



The scanner is a Kodak i2620. The OS is Windows 10, the PVE version is R81



Using windows 10 with R81 of PVE interfered with the scanner communicating with PVE.



Solution:



After downgrading the system to Windows 7 the scanner was able to communicate with the computer.
