ImageSilo - Switch Between browser-based and Client Viewer

You will learn how to switch between the Web-Based viewer and the PaperVision Client (Formally PaperVision Web Assistant). If your client is not installed, you will be prompted to install the application and or receive an error.

For PaperVision Enterprise, you can follow the steps in PVE - Switch Between browser-based and Client Viewer .

Change your Viewer

  1. Log into your ImageSilo entity at https://login.imagesilo.com and click your username on the top right.

  2. Click User Options.

  3. Select Browser-Based Viewer or ImageSilo Viewer(Or PaperVision Client) within your settings.

  4. Your preferences are automatically updated and you can return to your project to open a document.
