Timers are helpful for automated steps, creating reminders, or finding and marking work items that are determined to be “old”.

After Set Timeframe	The action will run after a set timeframe. Can repeat the timeframe if set.	Run after “x” amount of seconds, minutes, days. Do/Do not repeat timeframe.
Daily	The action will run daily at a set time of the day.	Run at “hh:mm” every day.
Weekly	The action will run on a set day or day(s) of the week at a specified time of the day.	Run on “Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday” Run at “hh:mm” on each of those days
Monthly	The action will run on a specified day of the month at the specified time of day.	Run at the “day” of the month at “hh:mm” for each month.
