ECMToolbox - Setup Workflow

  1. Navigate to Administration tab on workflow on the left menu and click Workflow Setup.

  2. Click the Create New Workflow button.

  3. Specify a workflow name.

  4. Leave Enabled box unchecked until the workflow has been setup. Once enabled, the workflow system will use the definition to actively look for qualifying documents and process them according to the workflow rules.

  5. Check Allow Mobile to enable mobile workflow support. This is support for tablets and similar handheld mobile devices.

  6. Select the integration type. Depending on the type, a new set of input fields will be displayed.\

    1. ECMT V4.3.0.8 also allows for an Email Process based workflow that will monitor an email inbox and create new workitems for incoming emails.

  7. Select the application/project to integrate with from the DMS.

  8. Click Create Workflow.
