ECMT - Finding your Client Key/Activating License
The Client Key of your ECMT Server will be necessary to authorize a license for your environment.
To locate your Client Key please follow the steps below:
Login to your ECMT environment with an Administrator account
Click on “Admin” at the bottom-left side of the page
Click “System Settings” from the “Workflow Administration” screen
Click “Workflow License” from the available menus
The CASO team will need the “Client Key” from your system. Once we have that we will be able to generate your license to provide back to you.
Enter the provided License Key in the “License Key” box and click the “Set License” button. You should see the license details populate and the activation message at the top of the page.
