ImageSilo - Generate Utilization/Storage Report

Description

An administrator or other authority wants to view a storage report/utilization report to view the amount of data and storage is being used for an Entity or a certain Project within an Entity.

Solution

First you will need to start off by logging in to the Entity with and Administrator account.

Next, click on the name at the top-right and go to “Administration”.

Once the Administration window opens, expand “Reports” on the left side, if not already done so.

Click on “Utilization”.

If you would like to see the Storage/Utilization from all time, you can leave the date fields blank and simply click the “Save” button.

If you would like to see the data from within a certain date range you may enter that here.

Open

Once you have entered your desired criteria, if any, you may click on the “Save” button to generate the report.

When the report is generated you will be able to see statistics for the Entity as a whole as well as a breakdown of storage on a per-project basis.
