Workflow User Group Permissions
Click Permissions tab.
Select the workflow the group will have access to.
Check the boxes in the Workflow Permissions for Group to give group rights to the workflow.
Show Workflow | Show the workflow Primary Index on the user’s navigation menu. |
Show Inbox | Show the inbox for the user’s owned items on the navigation menu. |
Show Group box | Show the group box for the user’s available items on the navigation menu. |
Workflow Manager | Allow the users to perform re-assignments. |
Workflow Queue Permissions
Look at the Queue Permissions for Group.
For each queue, check the boxes to give group access to.
For all access, check Select All to select all checkboxes.
Is Queue Member | Allows the users in the queue to participate in workflow and be selectable in the routing list if a user is trying to route an item to the workflow. |
Show Queue | Show the queue under the workflow. |
Show Owned | Show work instances owned by the user in the queue. |
Show Unowned | Show work instances unowned in the queue. |
Can Take Ownership | Allow the users in the queue to take ownership of work instances. |
Can Assign | Allow the users to assign work items to other users or self. |
Can Unassign | Allow the users to unassign work items from others or self. |
Link Viewing Rights
Click Links tab
Check the links to allow the users in the group to view the links.
Click Save
