ECMToolbox Workflow Architecture

ECMToolbox Workflow Architecture

ECM Toolbox Workflow was built to handle parallel workflows. There are conditions and actions provided to check if a document has parallel instances or not, and actions to create or end parallel tasks. See the diagram below for further insight on how a document can be associated with queues on a parallel process. The document (Work Item) has a parallel setup between Queue A and Queue B, allowing two people to work on the same document at the same time.
