ECMT - Viewer URL

In this article we will review how to adjust the Viewer URL for ECMT. This will vary depending on the Document Management System you are using (ApplicationXtender, EasyFile, ImageSilo).

First, to set the Viewer URL you will need to go to the “Workflow Setup” page from your ECMT website. This can be done from the “Admin” section at the bottom of the screen.

Once here, click on the “Design Workflow” button for the workflow you wish to modify.

Next, you will need to click on the queue you wish to modify the Viewer URL for. Then click on the “Work Item Page Setup” section of the “Queue Settings” page.

Here you will see the “Viewer URL” section.

The correct URL will need to be used for your document management system. See the examples for ApplicationXtender below.

Viewer URL for ApplicationXtender:

https://<AXSERVER>/AppXtender/iDocument.aspx?DataSource=<DATASOURCE>&AppName=<APP NAME>&DocId=<%DocID%>&DocNavBlocked=true&DispMode=1&AutoLogoutOnClose=true

Viewer URL For AppEnhancer v22:
https://<AXSERVER>/AppEnhancer/iDocument.aspx?DataSource=<DATASOURCE>&AppName=<APP NAME>&DocId=<%DocID%>&DocNavBlocked=true&DispMode=1&AutoLogoutOnClose=true

The DOCID field will also need to be set up in ECMT and mapped to the DocID field in ApplicationXtender.
