On Arrival Event Trigger

An Arrival event occurs when a work item enters the queue.

On Open Event Trigger

An Open event occurs when a work item is opened by a user. The even occurs when a work item’s page is opened.

On Submit Event Trigger

A Submit event occurs whenever a user submits a workflow item, regardless of which button was pressed or event occurred which caused the work item to submit.
