Summary
License does not work after add additional concurrent stations
Cause
After adding additional concurrent stations to the license, the license was set to Kofax version 10 instead of 11. Therefore the license won’t work cause the license code is not valid.
Answer/Solution
Need to be check with the Kofax license team to correct.
