Answer/Solution
The smallest supported image size is 16x16 pixels. This size limitation is applicable to images that are scanned or imported using Kofax Capture, Kofax TotalAgility, Kofax Express, Kofax Front Office Server, Kofax Import Connector, Kofax VRS, or any application based on ImageControls. Scanning or importing images with dimensions less than 16 pixels in width or height might lead to errors or compromise image quality
