ECMToolbox Links Management

ECM Toolbox Workflow provides the ability to extend the system using Internet links. This means that web pages can be defined elsewhere and displayed from within the workflow system. This can be useful if a page provides supplemental information, assists with workflow maintenance, or plays a role in the workflow process.

Adding a Link

1. Navigate to Administration tab on workflow on the let menu and click Links Management.

2. Click Add Link.

3. Select the Link Type to use for the link.

Popup

Opens the link in a popup.

Small Frame

Opens the link on the page with navigation menu intact.

Large Frame

Opens the link on the page with navigation menu hidden.

4. Specify a link name to identify by.

5. Provide the URL starting with http:// or https://

6. Provide notes if necessary for other system administrators.

7. Click Save Changes.

Editing a Link

  1. Select a link and click the field on the link to edit.

  2. Click Save Changes to apply changes made.

Deleting a Link

  1. Click Delete button on the link to delete.

  2. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
