ECMT AIM - Edit Routing Chain Screen

The Edit Routing Chain screen has 3 sections:

1. Route Code

2. Route Chain Sequence

3. Route Chain Destination

1. Route Code

   1. Enter the name of the Routing Chain. Examples could be:

      1. NE Vendor A to CZZ

      2. Mary Bob Kathy

      3. HR Dept Approval

2. Route Chain Sequence

   1. The order the user receives the Workflow Task. The “Limit” column evalutates the Invoice Dollar Amount and if Workflow should move to the next person.

3. Route Chain Destination

   1. When the Route Chain has completed, the “Destination” is the new Workflow Queue and Person to process the records. This is normally the transition from the Routing Module to the Standard Workflow routing rules.
