ECMToolbox Workflow Hierarchy

Note: You may not have access rights to view the inbox, groupbox, or queues if your system administrator has not assigned rights for your account.

Inbox – Displays all work instances owned by you from all queues you can view.

Group Box – Displays all work instances from all queues you’re allowed to view.

Queues – A queue can be named anything set by your system administrator. For the picture to the left, the user has access to view First level and Second Level queue’s set by the system administrator.

A queue can represent a department or for a specific person, such as an executive. If you do not see a specific queue, its contents will not be displayed in the group box as you are not a member of that queue.
