SQL Server requirement error when installing PaperFlow

PaperFlow requires certain programs to be installed before installation. Often times users are not aware of this until they are attempting to install PaperFlow.
Below is a common error message that some users receive when attempting to install PaperFlow:
This can be corrected by navigating to the Microsoft site using the link below:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=100451
Next, download the SQLSysCLRTypes.msi (2.1 mb version) and install.
Restart the machine and launch PaperFlow. This should fix this error message.
