Failed to Get Recent Batches Error

You may encounter the error message below when trying to launch the PaperFlow application:

The full error message reads:

"Failed to get recent batches: Failed to get batches: StartIndex cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: startIndex"

You will see this happen if you have left a blank space in your BATCHES.PVCS file when making any changes there.

To remedy the error message proceed to the following file path:

C:\ProgramData\Digitech Systems\PaperFlow

Once here look for the "BATCHES.PVCS" file and then open the file with Notepad, Notepad++, or another text editor.

Audit the file for any blank spaces and ensure that the cursor is at the left-most position of the row after the last file path entry. See screenshots below for more info.

After making the change to move the cursor to the correct position and remove any other blank spaces you should be able to launch the PaperFlow application with no issues.
