ECMT AIM - Queue Settings
Queue Settings allow for queue specific control over the Visible, Editable, and Required properties of Detail Fields.
Select the Queue from the dropdown menu first.
Then Select your options for each Detail Field.
Access the Queue Settings menu from the Detail Administration screen:
