ECMToolbox Workflow User Settings

User settings can be accessed from the top right dropdown menu by clicking “User Settings”. These settings are specific to your account only and is stored on the system so you will have your settings with you anywhere you login.

Collapse Left Menu – The left menu will be collapsed when the user logs in.

Disable Grid Persistence – Disables the Workflow grid persistence.

Grid Settings

Disable Grid Persistence – Disables the grid columns from persisting if you have re-arranged columns. Your grid settings will always follow the administrative set settings.

Restore Grid Defaults – Restores the grid columns to their settings set by the system administrator.

Pick Next Settings

Pick next settings allows convenient navigation of work items and allows a user to pick a handful of items to work with, going to the next item immediately in the sequence once the current item has been finished.

Return to Grid – Returns the user back to the workflow overview grid.

Pick Next Unowned Item from Current Queue - Picks the next unowned item from the same queue your finished item is on.

Pick Next Unowned Item from Inbox – Picks the next item that you own and is inside your inbox.

Pick Next Unowned Item from Groupbox – Picks the next unowned item from the same groupbox your finished item is on.
