ECMToolbox Workflow Fields

The Workflow fields tab provides the index fields from ECMToolbox and a 3rd party document management solution integrated by your system administrator. Additionally, you will be able to view additional details by clicking “View Details.” This can be used for tracking purposes.
Depending on your access, you can modify the fields for the document within Workflow and propagate those changes back to your Document Management System. You can save the fields on the go just by clicking “Save Field Changes”.
