Teleform - 'RLock timed out' Error
The exact cause of this issue is unclear but has a known solution:
Shutdown all modules and server modules
Run 'Teleform Maintenance and Utility' on a workstation and run the 'Clear Lock Records' operation.
Open License Service and client modules.
In most situations, restarting the offending modules resolves this issue, but when it doesnt, to force the removal of all temporary locks on the system, you'd run the Teleform Maintenance Utility on a workstation and run the Clear Lock Records operation as mentioned.
