Teleform - Data Output Value

You will need access to Teleform Designer for this article

To change the value of the Data Output for Multiple Choice fields, follow these steps:

1. Open ​​Teleform Designer

2. Double-click the Field whose data output you want to change on the left pane

3. Click the Choices tab and you'll see the values for that are set up for the associated field here

4. Select the option whose value you want to change and change the value where it says 'Store in database..' to the output value you desire

5. Click Ok to complete
