When logged in, the system administrator will see a “Administration” button with a dropdown on the top right of the screen to access the administrative tools.

User Management

Adding, modifying, and deleting users.

User Groups

Adding, modifying, and deleting groups. Privileges are granted through group membership.

Links Management

Adding, modifying, and deleting web page links.

Workflow Setup

Adding, modifying, and deleting workflow definitions.

System Settings

Modifying basic configuration settings: Windows Active Directory server connection, licensing, Document Management System (DMS) integration, and email settings.

Session Management

View active sessions and terminate them as needed.

User Impersonation

For testing purpose, there is an impersonation feature that allows an administrator to impersonate another user.

  1. On the top right, click “User Settings” to show a dropdown of options.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Impersonation, then select a user to impersonate. If the list is large, you may type a partial name into Filter to restrict the list to names starting with users that contains the search criteria.

  3. Click Impersonate, and the page will reload with the impersonated user logged in.
