This article will explain how you can save the index data from a results set after performing a search in ImageSilo.

  1. First you will need to conduct a search on your desired project/criteria.

  2. After you have located all of the results you wish to export you will need to select the records by highlighting them using CTRL + Click or Shift + Click.

  3. Once all of your desired results that you wish to export have been highlighted you will need to click the “Results” button at the top of the page.

4. You will then be brought to a screen asking if you would like to “Save” or “Print” your results. For this article we will be selecting the “Save” option.

5. After you have clicked the “Save” button the results set that you selected will be automatically downloaded to your default download location. This location will typically be something like “This PC → Downloads” or “C:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads”. The file will be named “Export.xlsx” or “Export (1).xlsx” etc. if you have already downloaded results in the past.

6. This file may be opened directly in Excel and will be displayed similar to what is seen from the ImageSilo search screen with all of the columns, index fields, and index data displayed and is now able to be manipulated however you desire.
