This article will show you how to save any document(s) after you have located them using the ImageSilo search feature.

  1. First start off by using the search feature of a project to locate the specific document you are looking for.

  2. After you have your desired search results select the documents you wish to save by highlighting them with the cursor. You may use CTRL + Click to select multiple documents at a time, or Shift + Click to highlight all documents between the currently selected item and the next document you select.

  3. After you have selected all of your desired documents you will need to click on the “Save” button at the top of the page.

4. After clicking “Save” a new window will appear allowing you to choose the destination file path, index field to be used as file name, format, as well as some other settings.

5. Once you have all of the settings chosen you may click the “OK” button to save your documents. The saved documents will be placed at the location selected in the “Output Directory” location chosen at the top. Please note this is just saving the images of the document(s) and not any of the index data, aside from the field that is being used as the file name.
