Getting Started

Be sure that you...

• Have administration rights on the client's Imagesilo entity in question

Navigate to Administration Panel

• Navigate to https://login.imagesilo.com
  • Use your given credentials and enter the entity ID # in question for the client.
• Click the "Administration" button on the left navigation menu

 Creating an Index Field

An index field is an attribute or fill-able index that can help describe an item, think of it as a database column. An index field could be Doc ID, document name, scan date, price, etc.

  • Boolean - Yes/No, On/Off, True/False situations
  • Text - Can be anything including numbers and symbols
  • Date - can be a date format such as mm/dd/yyyy, mm/dd/yy, etc
