To All:

 

One of my clients just came up with a solution to a problem they were having in getting a scanner to talk to PVE.

 

Issue Details:

 


The scanner is a Kodak i2620. The OS is Windows 10, the PVE version is R81

 


Using windows 10 with R81 of PVE interfered with the scanner communicating with PVE. 


Solution:

 


The client downgraded the PC OS After downgrading the system to Windows 7 and the scanner worked.

 

Would you please add this fix to the CASO PVE knowledge base?
