In this article we will review how to perform a Global Search in ImageSilo.
To begin, login to your ImageSilo Entity and click on your name in the top-right. Once you have done this select the “Global Search” option.
Using the Projects menu and Left/Right arrows, add the projects you wish to conduct a search on.
I have selected “Accounts Payable” and “Accounts Receivable” projects to search against. Also create a name for your search at the top in the “New Global Search Name” field.
Click the Checkbox next to any index field you wish to include in your Global Search for each project.
Here, I have selected both Invoice Number fields in each project. You can also use any System Fields if that is desired.
