EasyFile - Password Reset
If you have forgotten your EasyFile password, or have never logged in to EasyFile before, you may reset your password by following the steps below.
First you will need to navigate to your EasyFile website. If you do not know the URL to your EasyFile website please contact your IT department or reach out to CASO at the link below:

Once you have navigated to your EasyFile website click on the “Forgot Password?” button on the main login page.
You will then be brought to the “Forgot Password” screen below.
Enter your User ID and click on the “Continue” button. This will send you an email link to reset your password and will receive a success message like the below:
Click the link in the email you will receive and use the “Reference Code” in your email and your User ID to reset your password.
Click “Continue” and then enter your new password on the screen.
Click “Reset Password” at the bottom when complete. You should now be able to login to your EasyFile website with your newly set password.
