Kofax Import Connector 2.7, 2.8, & 2.9

Summary

KIC PlugIn serivce does not stay started, receiving the following error msg: "The Kofax Import Connector – Electronic Documents – KC Plug–In service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 85 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 300000 milliseconds: Restart the service." and the KIC MC Monitor does not show Mailbox license. 

Answer/Solution

Resolved issue by adding a user in the service log on.

Do the following steps to add user account to service:

1. Opening the properties of KIC PlugIn service.

2. Select Log On

3. Select This Account

4. Select Browse, enter the user logon name

5. Select "Check Names" to locate it

6. Selected the correct name

7. Saved and restarted the services

8. Repeated steps to make same changes to the KIC MC service.
