PVC - Adding Administration Console

You will need to download this installer on the machine that you wish to install the admin console on. Once you have downloaded it you may run the installer and follow the prompts during installation until you get to the “Setup Type” page.

When you get to the “Setup Type” page you will need to select the Custom option. On the next screen you will be allowed to choose which components of PaperVision Capture you wish to install.

In your case, you will only need to enable the installation of the Capture Administration Console.

After the installation you will be brought to the PaperVision Capture Setup Tool and you will need to enter the PVC Server, Database, Username, and Password for the new admin console to connect to the PVC server. You will then be asked if you want to install the Forms Magic Communication Server and Forms Magic Worker which you can do if desired.

Once completed you should be able to access the PVC Administration through this machine. You are able to repeat this process on any additional machines as necessary.
